Rotimi Adedeji is a chartered accountant, banker and policy strategist whose two decades of executive practice sit at the intersection of finance, development and public service. He is the Founder of the Rotimi Adedeji Foundation — a values-driven institution investing in people, enterprise and the future of Osun State.
His leadership philosophy is simple: measure what matters, empower those closest to the work, and build institutions that outlast the individual. From boardrooms to village squares, his work is defined by intellectual rigour and moral clarity.
